Big Books and Gifts offers 100% secure online shopping 7 days a week/24 hours a day. No credit card information is stored on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  PayPal is our online ordering processor. You do not need a PayPal account to order from Big Books and Gifts. Select the appropriate option at checkout to pay with a credit card.

Customer Service and Return Policies

Big Books and Gifts provides a 100% money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase for any reason, return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

It is HIGHLY recommended when returning items to Big Books and Gifts, to use a service that provides tracking. UPS will provide a tracking number for each package returned and the United States Postal Service provides delivery confirmation on packages for a small cost. Return labels that have been issued from Big Books and Gifts will include a pre-paid delivery confirmation label that must be attached to the package you are returning.

We will not issue refunds for items that said they have been sent but never received.

The following conditions apply:

  1. Wrong Order Shipped/Defective/Damaged merchandise – If the merchandise that arrives is the wrong item or is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Contact returns@bigbooksandgifts.com and state the problem. Please include the order number from the original packing slip. We will issue a pre-paid label for the return. Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund or replacement, whichever you choose.

  2. Unhappy with selection – If you decide that you no longer want the merchandise or are unhappy with the selection, we will accept returns for refunds or replacement within 30 days of receipt. All items MUST be returned in their original condition and packing. We cannot issue refunds for merchandise that has been opened and used. Items sold as new, but returned as used will not be issued a refund. We do not issue refunds for return postage. Contact returns@bigbooksandgift.com and state the reason you are returning the item. Please include the order number from the original packing slip. Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund or send out a replacement.

  3. New Books – We will gladly refund the full purchase price of a new book if it is returned within 30 days of receipt. The book must be in the same new condition that it was received. We do not issue refunds for new books that have been used and returned. (i.e. damaged jacket/cover, dog-earred, etc.). Contact bookreturns@bigbooksandgifts.com and state the reason you are returning the book. We do not issue refunds for return postage on New Books.

  4. Used Books – We do not offer refunds for used books.
